Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. Any cancellations made before 12 hours will be available for a refund or if you wish to reschedule, we can transfer the credit to another booking, please advise on how you would like to proceed with this, otherwise refund will be issued within 7 days and will take between 3 to 5 business days to return to your account.
